The principal activities of the company are in road maintenance, rehabilitation and upgrading works. THBM possesses the knowledge and capability to carry out environmentally friendly and cost-effective pavement rehabilitation techniques, such as Cold In-Place Recycling (CIPR).

THBM is currently undertaking a long-term concession to maintain approximately 1,560 km of Malaysian Federal Roads across the states of Perlis, Kedah, and Penang from 2017 to 2027.
