Pavement
Pavement rehabilitation and reconstruction works are periodically carried out on existing roads to restore their serviceability. The works will ensure that the road network is safe and provide acceptable ride quality for its users. Some examples of pavement rehabilitation and reconstruction techniques carried out by THB Maintenance Sdn Bhd include surface overlay, mill & pave, road reconstruction and pavement recycling.

Non Pavement
THB Maintenance Sdn Bhd also conducts periodic non-pavement works including repairing, upgrading, replacing and installation of; road furniture such as signboards and road safety barriers, drainage and culvert structures, bridges, road lines, traffic signal lights and road lighting systems. These works are primarily carried out to ensure the roads are safe for its users.
