with a proven track record in delivering long-term federal and state road maintenance contracts.
Since its incorporation in 2010, THBM has built a strong reputation for reliability, technical
competence, and cost-effective delivery, particularly in the Upper Northern Region of Malaysia.
THBM is registered with the Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a
Grade G7 contractor. In recognition of its strong governance, technical capability, and
performance standards, THBM has achieved a 5-Star CIDB SCORE, reflecting excellence in
compliance, capacity, and project delivery.
The company’s operations are supported by internationally recognised management systems,

THBM is currently the concessionaire for Federal Road Maintenance in Perlis, Kedah, and Pulau

recycling technologies to extend asset life, reduce lifecycle costs, and minimise environmental
impacts.
